How long does it take to remodel or build a new restaurant?

This largely depends on the job. Most restaurant remodels take 4-12 weeks, and the average window for a restaurant build is 4-6 months. The process requires various experts working with local officials to ensure proper permitting and allocated resources.

How long Does Commercial Construction Take?

Commercial construction projects can take anywhere from 12-24 months, but depending on the scale of the project, it could take multiple years. Minor renovations, however, don’t take near as long. Contact us at Black Rock Builders and we’ll give you our best estimate based on your needs.

Do You Help With The Design Phase?

We mostly handle construction and renovation, not design. Most of our work comes from organizations that already have a branded design. If you still need a design for your restaurant construction, we recommend consulting with a reputable architectural firm first.

How Often Do You Suggest I Remodel My Restaurant?

Your restaurant should be remodeled at least every five years. To stay competitive in the restaurant space, you’ll want to make updates according to branding.
